1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We have a 30-day risk-free promise: if you try Migraine Defense as directed for a minimum of 30 days and don't see any improvement, we'll refund your order for up to 60 days after your order date. Please contact us within this period to initiate a refund or return.​

2. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.​
  • Customer Dissatisfaction: Refund requests due to dissatisfaction are handled on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation, we may offer a full or partial refund, exchange, or store credit. To ensure safety and quality, we may request that the product be returned in a condition that allows us to verify your claim.​

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a manufacturing or shipping error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect product), we will cover any return shipping costs as applicable. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.​

4. Non-Refundable Shipping and Handling Costs

Please note that original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Refunds will only cover the cost of the product(s) purchased.​

5. Refund Process

  • Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.​
  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.​
  • Delays: If you haven't received a refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us.​
